Terms of service

Order - Once a purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. After the order has been processed and shipped (usually within 5 business day from the order), you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Item Availability - 5inque ensures that stock availability online matches our inventory on hand. If for some reason an item purchased is not in stock, you will immediately receive an email notification and your order will be refunded.

Order Cancellation - 5inque reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email, and will be refunded in full. To avoid order cancellation, we suggest purchasing with PayPal where additional screening is already in place.
