Refund policy

Returns - If for some reason you need to return your purchase, items may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must have all original tags attached, be unused and be in original new condition, including the packaging. 

5inque will provide a full refund for the value of the item in the same form as the original payment.

Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our facility and it can take 2-3 more days (depending on payment method you used) to receive funds from the time of refund notification. 

Please use a shipping service that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery: 5inque is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.

We offer no return or exchange on items purchased through Pre-Orders and  Crowdfunding campaigns.
